Macramé has had a welcome resurgence recently with it's boho look being popular in lots of home magazines - especially those with a sustainability ethos. Talented guest tutor, Tunde Komar uses macramé, the art of knotting, to produce anything from simple keyrings to full length dresses using the technique and is waiting to help you learn the basic knots required during this all day workshop. You'll make a lovely wall hanging to take home and show off your new skills - or maybe to give as a Mother's Day Gift? There may even be time to create a second smaller item if time allows.
We’ll supply everything required to create your hanger, refreshments are also supplied but you will need a packed lunch (or to wander out to buy something in town). Please let us know if you have any allergies beforehand.
